During 2008, in Florida one case had been attracting national attention where a mother charged with killing her daughter. Casey Anthony who charged for killing her daughter, Caylee Anthony, 2 years old. This tragedy happened when Caylee start to disappeared at June 2008. Based on report, Casley was last seen on June 15, 2008 which is Father's Day by her grandparents.

After one month Caylee missing, her mother, Casey telling her mother about Caylee disappeared. This happened when her parent, George and Cindy recovered from the towing lot a car with foul odor from Casey's car. They feel uncomfortable and afraid something happen to her daughter and her granddaughter. But when they opened the trunk, the smell come from a bag of trash.
Casey told them that her daughter with her babysitter, but everyone never seen that babysitter with her child.This situation make detective Yuri feel uneasy and started to investigate.During December 2008, on Father Day, one of the photos had be taken from this celebration day shows the image of the little girl's skeletal remain. Forensic reported this skeletal similar to Caslee Anthony whom missing since June,2008.
After 3 years waiting, Casey will face her first trial of first-degree murder trial when prosecutor gave opening statement. Casey began crying when this trial started. If she convicted, she can be sentenced the death penalty.
